Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Ingenuity Admin application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the terms below.

Who these terms apply to

The Service is intended for authorized users managing contractors, teams, and payments on behalf of an organization. You must have permission to use the Service and are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure.

Using the Service

You agree to use the Service in a lawful, respectful way and not to:

  • access or attempt to access accounts or data you’re not authorized to use
  • interfere with the Service (e.g., probing, scanning, scraping, or load testing without permission)
  • upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security controls
  • use the Service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights

Accounts and access

We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or is inconsistent with your organization’s authorization. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Data and third‑party services

The Service may store and process information you provide (including operational and administrative data). The Service may also rely on third‑party infrastructure providers to operate. Your organization remains responsible for ensuring it has the rights and permissions needed to provide data to the Service.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
